Drug Repurposing Compound Collection
We have over 5,000 small molecules including: All FDA approved drugs, bioactive small molecules, natural products, peptides, etc. Nearly all of these compounds have been clinically evaluated and represent a bioactivity diversity library for screening purposes.
AI Data Mining: Electronic Health Records, Scientific Literature, Patents
We have built and employed several tools that can help connect researchers with relevant information to their drug repurposing projects. This can be especially useful in vetting hypotheses and establishing safety and efficacy for new indications with the FDA.

Clue.io Drug Repurposing Hub
The Drug Repurposing Hub is a close collaboration between the Broad Institute Cancer Program, Center for the Development of Therapeutics, and the Connectivity Map group.
iLINCS - Transcriptomic drug perturbation signatures
Scientists are able to compare a “disease transcriptional signature”, a gene expression profile, to a library of “drug activity transcriptional signatures” to generate a Connectivity Map based on Connectivity score.
